Ethos is dedicated to the dissemination of the ethical application of the science behavior analysis. We feel strongly that through thoughtful continuing education for clinicians, comprehensive supervision of BCBA and BCABA candidates, and caregiver education and support, we can improve the quality of care and service for children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with autism.
Meet Melissa
Melissa is a mom, wife, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After years of working as a behavior analyst in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and clinics, she noticed a great need for three things:

A greater emphasis on the ethics and efficacy of our practice.
Accessible supports and resources for families and caregivers.
